We follow the Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

The details you send us through the enquiry form, email or a booking (name, email, phone, the property or business, and your message), and what we need to deliver and invoice a job.

What we use it for

To reply to you, quote, book and deliver the work, and send invoices. We don't sell your information or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Where it's kept

In our business email, booking and invoicing tools (Google Workspace, Calendly, Stripe) and our client records.

Captures of your space

Tours show the inside of a property. Before we publish any of our work for our own promotion we remove the address and anything that identifies the location.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it: email hello@sightline3d.co.nz.
