Questions agents ask
How is this different from a Matterport tour?
Matterport jumps between fixed camera points and fills the gaps. We reconstruct the whole space, so buyers move freely and the rooms hold together, light and all. Walk the demo and turn round in a doorway.
Will it work on a buyer's phone?
Yes. It's built to load on mobile data. Open the demo on your phone and try it.
Can it go on Trade Me?
The walkthrough video goes straight into Trade Me's video slot. The interactive link goes on your own listing page, emails, social and the QR code at open homes.
What does the vendor need to do?
Tidy as for photos: open-home state, lights on. Nothing gets moved, and they can be home while we're there.
How long are you on site?
About an hour, depending on the size of the home.
How fast is it ready?
2–3 working days after the capture, depending on size and how busy we are.
What can't it do?
It can't make a home show better than it is. Very dark or very cluttered rooms come out worse than bright, open ones, and big mirrors can look odd.
Who owns the tour?
The vendor owns the tour and the media, and you can use them to market the property. We host it until it sells, plus 30 days.
